SMS Terms & SMS Consent

These SMS Terms describe the text-messaging program operated by TK Holdings LLC (“TK Holdings,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Program description

TK Holdings LLC sends SMS messages for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Appointment and workflow reminders;
  • Account-related updates (for example, confirmations, status updates, scheduling changes);
  • Internal operational alerts to team members, contractors, vendors, or clients who have opted in;
  • Responses to messages you have sent us or requests you have made.

We do not send promotional or marketing SMS to recipients who have not opted in.

2. How to opt in

Recipients can opt in to receive SMS from TK Holdings LLC by:

  • Checking the SMS consent box on our contact form or another online form where SMS consent is requested;
  • Providing your phone number to TK Holdings LLC with written or recorded verbal consent to receive SMS for a specific workflow (for example, an appointment reminder program or an internal operational alerts program);
  • Replying with a keyword (for example, START or YES) to a confirmation message from us.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.

3. Consent is not a condition of purchase

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from TK Holdings LLC. You may still do business with us without opting in.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the program you have opted into and your activity. For example, appointment reminders may be sent a small number of times per appointment, while workflow or operational alert programs may send messages as events occur. We will not send more messages than are reasonably necessary for the program you have opted into.

5. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. TK Holdings LLC is not responsible for any carrier charges.

6. HELP

7. STOP / Opt-out

You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from the program you opted out of. You may opt back in at any time by following the opt-in process described above.

8. Supported carriers

Our SMS program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may be limited on certain carriers and may change without notice.

9. Privacy and data sharing

Mobile information and SMS opt-in data, including phone numbers and consent records, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information with service providers (for example, messaging infrastructure and CRM vendors) strictly as needed to deliver and support the SMS program, subject to confidentiality and data-protection obligations. 10. Changes to the program

We may change or discontinue the SMS program at any time. We may also update these SMS Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued participation after changes take effect means you accept the updated SMS Terms.
